I’ve been getting a lot of bad children’s ads on YouTube like

2020.02.14 06:24 mrbobbilly My 57k Sub channel was terminated based on a false Circumvention of Technology complaint, no strikes, no warnings, and Youtube is refusing to explain on Twitter why my channel was taken down from the fake COT complaint. [Termination]
| Hello Reddit. I have a Youtube channel where I make videos on a game website called Roblox, it's as harmless as you can get. I'm very worried about my viewers unsubscribing en mass as when they see my channel, they see the notorious red bar on the top saying the channel has been terminated, I have no idea what my sub count is right now as many people have unsubscribed because of that.. This is what you see when you click on my channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCmYWuRWxO-bzZpZ9BqJeNGg I've worked very hard on the channel and love making videos for my audience, seeing this happen to me makes me depressed as I love making Youtube videos to cheer my audiences up (which are mostly kids, but that's because of the main demographic of Roblox). I've worked from the ground up on my channel and this is what I get in return. And now I'm currently in this endless loop of Youtube's incompetent support team where they are suppose to help people, but in reality they ignore people who don't deserve this kind of treatment, while they allow questionable people to remain on the platform. This is so unacceptable and I deserve to know the reason why a false Circumvention of Technology complaint was made to terminate my channel, and from who it was sent by. I have sent many tweets at Team Youtube to attempt to get some kind of response for the past couple of days, and absolutely no response were given whatsoever. The email I received when my channel was terminated is extremely vague and gives no context besides a apparent complaint they claim they received, and immediately shut down my channel. My channel is completely clean, never had any strikes, I followed the Community Guidelines and TOS very closely to make sure I don't break any rules, and they just shut down my channel without any warnings. https://preview.redd.it/szsiy5zqotg41.png?width=698&format=png&auto=webp&s=fb71247846277012027e878a84c40b79fffd61b7 I deserve to know why this supposed complaint was sent and who sent it, I know for a fact the complaint is completely bogus because Roblox would not send such a complaint because all the videos I make are harmless gameplay videos on Jailbreak and Mad City and some other places (games on Roblox). And Roblox is highly unlikely to send a Circumvention of Technology complaint to Youtube videos, because Roblox wants these types of videos posted onto Youtube, it's in no way harming anyone and my audiences love my content and this saddens me to see it all gone. On the other hand, there are videos on Youtube that clearly breaks Roblox's TOS but they cannot enforce it as it is not on their platform, so this is where I am confused on. From what I have researched lately, this Circumvention of Technology is a new rule implemented recently and is much worse than a DMCA and Copyright Claim. When Youtube receives one, they shut down your channel completely, you are not given any context besides a supposed complaint they tell you in an email. This complaint can be sent in by anyone, and they can be seen legitimate posing as a company of some sort to bring down someone's channel. All your hard work wiped out. So I have come to the conclusion that this can't possibly have come from Roblox themselves with the information I researched. I have sent an appeal many days ago and I STILL have not heard back. This is unbelievable, I literally am being ignored by the people who claim they care about their creators. I would like your guys' help to bring me back my channel and possibly other's who have been affected (so far I have seen none in my situation) and spread the word about this because if this goes unheard of, people will be able to abuse this worse version of a DMCA. I have checked out the official form where you submit a COT complaint and it is so abusable just by looking at it for 1 second. Can someone please look into this for me? It's not fair that Youtube can do this to people, no strikes, no warnings, wiped out completely like my channel never existed. Youtube, please reinstate my channel and anyone who is affected and give an explanation to where this bogus complaint came from and why it was sent. I deserve to know why my channel was targeted, and please stop refusing to respond to tweets such as mine concerning this topic because this is just unacceptable. Twitter is literally the only way for small creators to get in contact with you, and yet you refuse to provide information to us about our channel. EDIT: Also I would like to add that I have spoken to many big Youtubers and they agree with me that this COT complaint is bogus. Please someone help me. submitted by mrbobbilly to youtube [link] [comments] |
2015.05.03 07:19 Ballonz_Boy The Top 10 cringiest fangames
No, I am not including any Five Nights at Fredbear's games because there are more than 10 of them that deserve a spot on the list. Five Nights at Bonnie's/Foxy's count though. I will also include ones with no pictures, because no effort still counts for a cringe. And plus, beta testers for them give extra cringe. First off, let me start with Five Nights at Portal. It's not a #10 nor is it a #1. What I'm just irritated is that the story really doesn't make sense (Me being a huge portal fan) as Cave Johnson is still alive when clearly Wheatley is making a return. The story of them making a children's labs, that's actually really creative.

10. five nights at foxy's
https://gamejolt.com/games/othefive-nights-at-foxy-s/54844/
And why would we start off a cringe list without a game made in SCRATCH? Yes. What bothers me a lot about this game is that it's assets are slapped in MS Paint, and called a "game". And the stolen fanart at the end as well.
9. Five Nights at Quack's
https://gamejolt.com/games/strategy-sim/five-nights-at-quack-s/57932/
The artwork has more effort than Five Nights at Foxy's, but doesn't have an atmosphere to it. Like, is that door a gateway to heaven?
remember when i said this as joke here it is!
I don't get that, so I'm keeping this. Next cringe!
8. Five Nights with THEM
https://gamejolt.com/games/strategy-sim/five-nights-with-them/63483/
Once again, it's another MS Paint game with no dark atmosphere. Since it's taking place inside the creator's house, it's really weird to have a giant ass vent and a black void of a door. Points for the idea of a second floor though. And the stairs room looks really disorienting. Is it going down, or is the table being pushed on the wall by the Force? --BZZZT- SANITY LEVEL IS AT 100%. THANK YOU FOR USING THE SANITY CHECKER.
7. Five Nights at Trash can (Literally called that. Are we playing as dumpster divers?)
https://gamejolt.com/games/othefive-nights-at-trash-can/45958/
As this is made in Clickteam Fusion, this is just insulting. I'm making a fangame that started development on February 1st, and won't release until the summer. This? The clock literally says "0 AM" instead of "12 AM". I can program 12 to 1 am coding in less than 20 minutes. And what the fuck does the "shit cock" button do?
In short, generator.
6. Five Nights at Biscuits 1
https://gamejolt.com/games/othefive-nights-at-biscuit-s-1/56078/
I don't even.
5. Five Nights at Gallery 2
https://gamejolt.com/games/arcade/five-nights-at-gallery-2/54650/
And another Clickteam one. (Im sure he torrented it, it says "MMF" not Clickteam Series.) Once again, no fucking atmosphere at all. Just a blank ROBLOX statue and a in-progress office. Why release the screenshots before it's not even halfway done? Do it like Scott, dude! And the SANITYLEVELAT20%creator was too lazy to do the "press key here to activate light" coding..
4. Five Nights at Golden Freddy
https://gamejolt.com/games/othefive-nights-at-golden-freddy/50562/
I can just sum this up in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gtz7QvW9GTo
3. Five Nights at Phantom Freddy's
https://gamejolt.com/games/strategy-sim/five-nights-at-phantom-freddy-s/62144/
I'm slowly losing my sanity with every number.
Apparently it was supposed to be named "Fazbear Museum" but due to one being on there already it was changed to Five Nights at Phantom Freddy's... just why?
In a nutshell, it's your everyday Post-FNaF-3 fangame. FNaF 3 trailer music, same menu music, and a horrible trailer.
