I was turning right at an intersection and grazed the side of a curb. If you zoom into the above attached photo you can see the paint damage on the side.
My rims are fine, I can just touch up the back right one since it was only slightly scratched since I jerked away after realizing I was hitting the curb.
I need advice on the best way to go about fixing this myself. I’ll have to clean up the surface tomorrow and see how deep the scratches are but it looks like some sanding in the middle of the scratched area is needed. I’ll try and follow up with the water cleanup pictures tomorrow if anyone who can help would like to see how the scratches look.

Weird question, I know, just wondering.
Everyone says they have a crAzy family. I kind of just wonder what that means, I guess.
Family 1: So: Grandparents lived in rural farm. Their kids would get up at 4 am to work on it, and would miss large chunks of school. They'd be yelled at for trying to go to school or do homework, and were beaten pretty regularly. They never showed any affection of any kind to their children. One of their daughters was severely injured, but there's a theory in the family that her dad tried to set her on fire.
In the modern era, one of the kids is severely bipolar. The other kid was in an abusive relationship for 30 years, and didn't talk to anyone until recently. Her child went to prison for child abuse, and she's trying to be normal again. The other child got a girl pregnant at 16 (we will call him George). George marries this girl, but they each divorced and remarried 4 separate times to other people before getting back together. George's next wife tried to murder him, and then the next stole thousands of dollars from him before fleeing the country. None of the siblings talk to each other. George has severe emotional issues. He gets taken advantage of regularly, but constantly annoys/angers the people he loves and says gross things. He has no idea how to relate to other people and it's pretty sad. He has an arsenal of 250 guns. Why? I don't know.
Family 2:
They're more normal, I guess. The parents were unproblematic, for the most part. The dad died prematurely, which was upsetting and took away a large support system:
Unit 1: Their first child died when he was 30. The rest of the family ignored his child and widow, for no real reason, and made fun of them actively. The girl whose dad died had a few kids and hates vaccines. People think that one of her kids is dating another one of the cousins, but they are technically not related? Idk. Still odd.
Unit 2: This child got pregnant as a teenager, regularly remarried, and was generally more focused on dating than being a parent. Her daughter's emotional needs were pretty much completely ignored, and she became a very addicted to sex (to the point where she almost died) but is a successful woman. Her child has the same issues.
Unit 3: The third is really misogynistic and gets noticeably stressed when women explain things to him. His son is fine, just has severe OCD.
Unit 4: Idk. He could never get his shit together. He lived in a trailer with his 4 kids and wife, but they eventually got a small home. They're very clan-like and exclude other people from their events.
------their first kid: She married and alcoholic that beat her and the kids, then left him, remarried, and now has 9 kids. Idk. They seem fine.
----Second: Closeted homosexual, and is now dating a recovering meth addict (woman) but she is still married. She also has 4 children, and they all live together.

Hi, I'm 22 and AFAB (assigned female at birth). My last gyno I fired because I was treated as a textbook case and had operated on me instead of running blood work first to see if I had endometriosis over a year ago. Spoiler, I did. I was diagnosed with PCOS recently and given birth control to try. I didn't want to take it as I used Xulane in the past and had severe side effects to it, so I went to my PCP and she recommended going to another gyno. She wrote me a referral but I'm still trying to get an appointment.
My previous gyno had to induce my menustral cycle after I went for 5-6 months without and havent had one since the inducement in March. They also put me on metformin for high insulin levels, but it made me sick. My insulin levels have gone down since then, thankfully.
The problem is, I've been having was feels like spasms around and in my uterus. It feels similar to when I had endo, before it was removed. Adding onto it, I feel like I've been having ruptures and now have pain in my left breast. I was showering earlier and noticed some weird growth coming OUT of the nipple of that breast, with the pain mostly gone. It's small, but a little worrisome. I've had growths from my nipples before, one even getting as long as my finger and sprouting circular leaves at the top, but that was years ago in early puberty.
I don't know what to do, I've been taking pain killers and work at a hospital as a pharmacy technican, but about keeled over today from lightheadedness, spasms, and just general nausea. I know I'm not pregnant, I doubt my body could even handle a pregnancy at the moment.
I'm scared, I'm in pain, I just want it to stop. I don't want to go back on the operating table. Last time was scary enough, I was surrounded by strange men and they couldn't let my husband in the recovery room due to COVID-19 procedures. I need help.
Edit: I did remember something. Shortly after my recovery of the surgery, we went camping and didn't make it a day due to the temperature and me finding that my breast was leaking fluid. Not sure the coloration or thickness, my bra was black and it wasn't thick enough to not be absorbed by the fabric. I went to the old gyno and they did a physical exam on them, they found nothing and told me to keep an eye on it. I was in pain, my breast had stabbing pains to the point I was in tears, and they found nothing.

I have two questions and I hope someone can help.

1. The court has ordered that we go through ADR by the latest 6/21 and my ex has proposed a mediator. I have not heard from anyone when the actual date for mediation is. It just says the names of two mediators from the same firm and (whoever can take us first). I am fine using this mediator, but I have not gotten any info back on when this is supposed to take place and no one ever picks up the phone at this firm. What am I supposed to do?
   
2. The proposed parenting plan filed with the court has warnings about following the parenting plan. Is this enforceable today? Or is it just a proposal and not enforceable until the court orders?
   

Eg. Warning! If you do not follow this parenting plan, the court may find you in contempt
Is that an order or just what his lawyer is proposing?

I'm gonna start my 3rd year in BCA with no coding skills. Is it still possible to learn some decent skills before the placements? Also searching for an internship rn. I'm a quick learner in most of the stuff but I can't seem to wrap my head around with programming. I have the ideas in my head but can't properly implement it. I was working a self-reflection/ energy return to sender spell with a small mirror. I had it wrapped with thread and candle wax. After I finished the spell I was placing it in my garden and set it down to hard. The mirror broke. I did the spell without any negative intent and cleansed myself and the mirror afterwards. I am curious if it will have a negative effect on the spell and on the person it was meant for? I want to do no harm. I am also curious if the superstition bad luck will follow. I kept all the pieces and have everything still packaged up together. Do I need to get rid of it and do the spell again? What would be the best way to get rid of it. Or is it a non issue, and just a possible way that the spell is reflecting all the parts of the person that need to be reflected on.

Just a bit of a backstory, I've been single for 4 and a half years now, 26m near London. I've only ever been in one real relationship and that was off and on for about 5 years.
Over those five years my ex partner broke it off with me multiple times, went and slept with other people then came back asking for us to try and work it out again, I never did get with anyone else in those 5 years.
It ended with her breaking up with me because she "couldn't do it anymore". I later found out that she had been sleeping with my best mate behind my back for 6 months, and 9 months before that with another of my not so close friends. She's still with him to this day lol
Ever since then I've really struggled to fully get my mind straight about being in another relationship, it's not that I haven't had the chance to be with other girls it's just that I get into this cycle of talking to a girl on a dating app for a couple of days meeting them a few times and ghosting them (which I hate doing, makes me feel like a shit person). It's almost like I just don't feel anything, I remember all these emotions and how I felt with certain other people in the past and if I'm honest it doesn't even feel like 1% of that.
I'm getting to the point in life where I really do want to find someone I really do love and can look forward to having a future with but its almost like there's something in my brain stopping me from letting it happen.
I mainly use dating apps because I work alot and don't really go out to places where I could meet people, there's a few girls at work that I speak to and could probably speak to but it's almost like my brain just says nah.

I still have an acute aversion to hearing or speaking my own name. I dread it when, say, I have to ring the doctor's surgery for an appointment and the receptionist asks who's calling. I can barely get out the words and sometimes feel my face flush. I have a similar response to my own reflection and will avoid looking in a mirror at all costs. I was intrigued, therefore, when I read some research casting light upon this, it seems, not altogether unheard of phenomenon.
The study I refer to was carried out by Winter et al. (2015) and involved setting up a situation in which people with BPD could freely choose to sit facing a mirror or not. The same choice was also presented to people without BPD (you can read about the experimental design here, but suffice to say here that no participants knew the study's purpose).
It was found that those with BPD were:
significantly less likely to sit facing the mirror than non-BPD individuals. significantly more likely to have consciously made the choice not to have sat facing the mirror than non-BPD individuals.
From these findings, it was inferred that those with BPD had a tendency to avoid self awareness (as seeing oneself in a mirror makes one more self aware) to a significantly greater degree than non-BPD individuals.
Why should this be?
The researchers, based on this and similar research, suggest this avoidance of becoming self aware is a mechanism to cope with anxious anticipation of social rejection. Indeed, other research has shown that shifting one's attention from self to others can be a helpful way to calm this anxiety.
To explain further, the authors of the study note that diverting focus of attention away from the self can help reduce self deprecating feelings, including feelings of shame which are all too common amongst those with BPD. They further draw attention to the fact that other research has concluded that 'people who feel socially excluded are averse to attention to the self' because 'self awareness initiates self evaluation' And, again, feelings of social alienation and negative self evaluation are very frequent amongst BPD sufferers.
In sum then, it seems reasonable to hypothesise that BPD sufferers are more likely to avoid being confronted by a reflection of themselves in a mirror as being so confronted would increase self awareness which in turn would aggravate feelings of shame and general negative self evaluation which would, in its turn, increase anxiety about being socially rejected.
I assume that my aversion to hearing my own name may be similarly accounted for.

Hi, I just purchased my first ever PC setup after years of only using mac (i know i know it's bad), and I ordered the Dell G3223Q 4K 32i Monitor for it. I will be running a RTX 4080 GPU and an Intel Core i9 13900K CPU for my PC Build.
My monitor will be arriving tomorrow and i started doing some deep diving to compare these two monitors and found a lot of tech sites that prefer the Dell however, i came across some reddit posts about the Dell having image retention issues. Has anyone experienced this and would say the M32U is a better option?
I don't really want to go through the hassle of testing and unboxing the monitor and probably will see if many people have experienced the image retention issue which might mean i send it back for the M32U. If anyone has experience with either of these monitors could you let me know?

I've been growing GT from mycco since January and I was finally able to start fruiting in March. Since then, its started making some blobs but they still haven't grown at all. I have one grow bag- turned monotub and another batch w Uncle Ben's. I've been misting when needed, lowered temps, fanning regularly, cased w coir about 2 weeks ago after thinking it may need more nutrients but no growth. How likely is it that this batch has non-fruiting genetics?

i got my septum done 5 months ago. recently the under part of my nose started feeling sensitive and pressure to the tip of my nose/under of my nose hurt a bit. i should note i noticed today that it is pierced badly (too low). i took the piercing out and cleaned it, but the pain is still pretty intense. it came on suddenly and im worried on what do to. should i just leave it out and keep cleaning it? should i be worried? TIA
