Iphone doesn't connect to pc

Hey everyone, so maybe an odd question.
For the first time in forever I am going consistently to the Gym and wanna build Muscles. One thing I'm unsure of is the warm up Phase. So far I did my workout at home without equipment and did a 5 minute warm up video with jumping, running, shoulder circling all that.
But at the Gym even in my official plan it's jsut 5-10 minutes of walking, cycling and that doesn't seem like it would warm up anything above my Legs. I am kinda insecure to just do my normal one in the free lifting section
So how do you guys warm yourself up? I don't wanna injure myself again

So, I have being researching for quite few days about ours Personal Data & Information that big tech giant promises to keep it safe and "not to share with anyone" well is that true?. If you listen to C.E.Os speech, in that speech they will say that "the data of the user belongs to them and we will not share... Bla bla....." No!! Absolutely not they just make by selling our (user) Data, that's there business model if they don't collect or sell it they won't be able to make money, and to counter this there are quite few companies which are only "Privacy Focused" for example Duckduck Go it's a wonderful company DuckDuckGo is a safe and privacy-friendly search engine. It does not collect user data and allows you to browse the web anonymously. So it's a 1 week... I guess... I have being using Duckduck Go as my default browser and search engine and yeah not using Google. And my experiences was pretty much good 👍 yeah Duckduck go sometimes doesn't show relevant seach result like Google did, but come guys... It's doesn't collect your data as well as doesn't track you.
So if you wanted to switch from Google to something else then you should consider using duckduck Go

This has been discussed both on this Subreddit, The Ironscape Subreddit and on the Jagex livestreams several times. Each times it has been met with overwhelming support. Unfortunately it seems to have been forgotten. I am here to shine new light on the idea.
The Wilderness bosses
Just a couple months ago you had to go out of your way and use game breaking mechanics in order to kill the Wilderness bosses. You had to safespot them so they could not damage you. They were intended to be a group boss that was fought together. So Jagex decided to rework them. You can now do these bosses as a team, even when you are an Ironman. You also have to actually fight the bosses the way it was intended.
Corp is just weird at the moment
Does this ring a bell? Corporeal Beast is currently in the same weird state. It's a boss that is designed to be killed by a team. But because Irons don't get loot if they do so, Players have to resort to gamebraking mechanics so Corp won't be able to hit them back. This is only possible in the first place because Jagex decided to copy-paste Corp in exactly the same way as back in the day. This means its location is in the Wilderness and it has a direct Games Necklace teleport. This makes no sense because there is no Bounty Hunter crater in Oldschool Runescape (the reason for the games necklace teleport) and there also isn't a quest for Corp. (which explains the Wilderness location).
My proposition
I feel like we can make Corp a lot more accessible and fun. In order to do this i propose the following changes:

• Move the Corporeal Beast lair from the Wilderness to a new location north of Morytania. This would be a new area preferably north of Port Phasmatys.
• Remove Corporeal Beast from the games necklace teleport. Corp will instead drop a 1/50 (guaranteed at 50KC) upgrade to the ectophial. This will put you next to Corporeal Beasts lair. This also means that doing solo Corp with current methods is still possible after 50KC.
• To balance the first 2 changes, Corp will now have reduced defence against special attacks. This makes it so you won't have to run all the way back if your special attack fails.
• Change Corporeal beasts droptable. It was copy pasted in from RS2 and a lot of the drops are very underwhelming or don't make any sense in OSRS. Especially when you compare Corp with other group bosses.
• Make the drop mechanics work like Nex. This has several positives. It makes every kill fair for everyone involved as everyone gets part of the reward. It also makes it so Irons can now properly do the boss.
• Lastly we could re-poll the Divine Sigil. It could be tweaked slighly if the shield itself is deemed too strong. Sigils are currently very rare so adding an extra Sigil would be nice.

Overall i think this would make Corp fit into this state of OSRS a lot more. It currently feels very out of place. Like i said earlier, it's basically just a copy paste and doesn't really work.

I help out with the children in my class because I'm the oldest and working towards a degree in childcare, and know the most about the sport because I quit a few years ago and have just gone back.
They are lovely kids and listen great, the problem is this one boy he again is amazing and he listens wonderfully the problem is English is his second language and he's really really young so there's a massive language barrier especially when we do pattern work, I've been learning his first language so I can help him out in lesson and I've been showing what to do while saying it but certain words we use in teakwondo do not have a translation for his native language and because he's so young he knows very very little English not enough to have a full conversation.
After the demonstration is done I take him off to a corner and we do it together we were doing pattern 1 and he wasn't turning right, obviously that's fine no one does it right the first time, but it's really hard to explain how to turn and how to punch/kick, when I don't know the words in his language and he doesn't know them in English.
I was wondering if anyone has any tips on how I can help him and make his and my own life easier.

Basically title. The PC randomly just crashes. At 1st, after building it, it would crash quite frequently. Reinstalled windows and all the drivers. After that it didn't happen for around 3-4 days. Yesterday it happened twice. It just goes off. Everything. The mouse, keyboard, monitor, lights from the PC. No blue screen, no error message. Once everything goes off, only way to start it again is by turning the PSU on and off with the physical switch. The case switch doesn't work. Urgently need help with this guys!

• I did dual enrollment with a trade school in hs and got my ServSafe and ProStart shit.
• I wasn't top of my class but I wasn't horrible either (I was like a B average).
• I have chronic stomach issues that have similar symptoms to IBS, alongside some brain damage from concussions playing sports (this makes it hard for me to multitask effectively)
• Management and Ownership knows all of the above

Restaurant Background:

• Bar and Grill type place on a river, pretty cute, but its the only restaurant for miles so it gets alot of traffic
• There is no Head or Sous Chef, only a FoH and BoH manager, theyre a husband and wife duo
• Wife runs BoH and she speaks not perfect English with a heavy Japanese accent but is like the sweetest person once you overcome the language barrier
• Husband runs FoH, constantly meddles in the kitchen and takes over Expo and stuff and yells at everyone, including his wife whom i have seen on the verge of tears bc of it

The story:
I started there last Wednesday, all of the kitchen staff love me (and I love them back <3) and have been helping me get back into the swing of cooking again as I have to readjust to the kitchen bc my last real cooking gig was junior year of high school.
They had me on Expo, Salads and Desserts my first couple days while it wasnt busy, and had me help where I could on a rush. They said I was making good progress and that it was impressive how I'd broken their expectations and it made me feel good inside to know that I was wanted in a kitchen and that summer was going to be ok. (This is 3 days in)
All this shit started on Day 4 at around 2 or so, when the FoH guy saw that I had a few tickets I was working on making salads for, as well as pulling and plating a dessert or two. He tells me to pull out my station and scrub the floor and wipe it down.
I asked if i could finish the tickets i was half done with first
He said "clean the floors and cook, you can multitask"
I said "I can't do both at the same time which one do you want me to do first?"
He shouted "Just do your fucking Job"
I said "I am? Im making salads"
He then yelled at me to clean the floors and walked away in a huff.
Later that day he came back to me and pulled me aside and apologized for being an asshole and all that. And I thought "cool this guy is like actually a decent person to work for" I was wrong.
Day 5. Yesterday.
I come in at 1145, grab my apron and my towel, start working on the two tickets that are up.
An hour or so passes and my stomach is killing me to the point where its hard to focus and I'm slipping up on my plating with desserts.
I talk to FoH man and take a bathroom break. I'm there for 10 min maximum.
I get back and start working on the very few tickets we have because its a monday at 230 at this point.
At about 3 I am instructed by the BoH manager to start portioning out sauces so ther servers can grab them, I get about 3/4 of the way through and nature calls. I try to shrug it off but I can't and I out lids on the sauce containers and wipe off my station as fast as I can.
I spend 20 min in there that time. I met god at the pearly gates.
I make it out alive, walk back to my station and start portioning out the last sauces. FoH man comes up to me and starts chewing me out.
"How the fuck did you pass culinary school"
"You didn't wipe down your station, thats completely unsanitary" (He has told me to cut mold off food and serve it)
"None of your things are stocked" (They were)
"I pay you too much for you to be taking 20 min bathroom breaks"
"I can send you home right now we dont need you here"
"Youre a failure"

So I stood there in a stupor for a bit as I wiped down my station and filled the 2 things that were even close to half empty.
And then I thought to myself for a second, "well if he doesn't need me here and im dying of what feels like dysentery, I might as well go home cause im putting up shoddy work"
So i wander up to him in the FoH and pull him aside and ask, "Hey if you don't need me here like you said, can I go home? I kinda don't feel well like you saw"
He shouted back, "Clock out and don't come back"
I said "what the fuck is that supposed to mean?"
he said "you know what it means, get the fuck out if my restaurant"
So i clocked out and walked back into the kitchen, set down my apron and towel, said to the three other cooks that he just fired me. They were very confused, so i explained what happened and then I left and sat in my car and cried a lil bit.

When volume is maxed out on ps5 the buds sound very quiet. However that’s not the case on mobile and pc, volume is is loud when at max. All firmware is up to date and followed hyper x set up instructions. Any help would be appreciated.

I have been working in recruiting for the past 5-6 years. My passion is working with students to land roles within the companies I have worked for. Up until today, I have never spoken with a student trying to get me fired as they are usually really wonderful to work with.
I had a phone interview with a student last week. It went about the same as my normal interviews do until the student said "I was told I could apply for any role and that you guys could build a position for me." I told the student that's not the case and he would have to apply for any roles that best suit him.
Fast forward to today, my boss calls me telling me he complained to her and our director that my interview was unprofessional, I made fun of his disability, and that I told him at the end of the interview "you will be lucky to make it to the second round." I was not only mad that a student would make these random accusations about me, but that my leadership doesn't seem to be on my side. I am beside myself. I just can't understand why someone would be so vindictive! I haven't even rejected him in the system to say he wasn't chosen. And the worst part is I have nothing on my side to prove my innocence. I am so sad that my great performance over the years is being overshadowed by one event like this and now my head is on the chopping block for something I didn't even do. Why are people so cruel?

Got a botched set due to some miscommunication so I want to remove and just do a whole new set at a different place. Removal at place I'm looking at is $25 and books 30 extra minutes which doesn't work well with my schedule. Does anyone just do the removal at home? Can I use an oil based cleaner to remove? Is it just not recommended at all?

I (17F) and this guy in my year (18M) have been talking for a while, and we like each other, but we’re not dating yet due to us being in an awkward period (leaving for uni soon, I’m not comfortable with long distance) so we want to make sure there’s actually a connection before we make things official (also lets us focus solely on exams).
Exams are hard on everyone this year, more so than usual due to particularly hard papers across all subjects. It’s gotten to him a lot though, and I don’t think he’s got any motivation left - he’s been beaten down by his 4 already difficult subjects and I can tell he’s really struggling on the inside. He’s not a very emotional person and is good at hiding, but he’s been almost silent lately, just shutting me out completely. I don’t want him to suffer alone.
I really want to do something to show that I’m here for him, and since I can’t see him in person outside of school the only thing I can think of is bringing a gift in for him, nothing fancy just like something from my local bakery. There’s also the problem of I’d have to get someone else to give it to him as we haven’t made us public and his friend group is completely separate to mine, and he’s always with them. We haven’t really met alone in person and we’re both very much introverts so are not quite ready for that (plus the previously mentioned shutting me out)
So my question is this, should I get him something and get someone to hand it to him without saying who its from (he’ll know its me, I don’t want his friends to be there though that might be embarrassing for him)? Or should I leave it? I don’t want to cause any drama (rumours spread like wildfire) or upset him even more and I’m not sure if its a weird thing to do - but I also want to support him in some way even if I can’t help. Any advice is appreciated, thanks :)

i have a video on a slide that i want to fly in and start playing 25 seconds in. there's a video already on the slide that starts automatically of a speaker talking and when he starts explaining something i have a demo video of i want this 2nd video to appear and start playing. i can get it to appear (Fly in) at 25 seconds (timing is With Previous and delay is 25 secs) but the video doesn't play without a click which i can't control. if i choose play automatically it negates the fly in animation, like i can have one or the other but not both. is there a way to have both?

There is a signicant drop in our number for the click through count. We had 3k clicks on our links in our newsletters in April, 1,6K in May and now we are at 800 clicks.
The director claims that it is a technical problem where HubSpot doesn't calculate the clicks in the right manner, that it is the result of how HubSpot receive the data.
Our strategist claim that it is the content and me (technical) did some research and can't find any technical problem.
Is there a way to prove to the director that the calculation of HubSpot are problematic or legit?

I had a wonderful relationship with my Grandad. I was his favourite grandchild and he told me this more than once out of earshot, he loved Shirley temple and we would watch those old films together. He loved art and music and was inspiring, he loved that I was wierd and i felt rare acceptance.
The other relationship that meant alot to me was my Auntie, she was the kindest, warmest and most loving person I ever met. She had downsindrome and was unable to live independently so lived with family members.
When Grandad died I asked for his guitar but one the adults had taken it. Instead I asked for the wishing stone, it was out in the garden near the shed. One of my earliest memorys is of toddling to this rock to make a wish with Grandad. I received it, and treasured it. Even making wishes once in a while on it.
I understood that my Aunt lived with my Grandad before he died after the death of her mother. Recently the most disturbing information was revealed to me about her time living with him.
I knew my Grandad had done something very wrong in the past in regards to being inappropriate. Things that happened in an era where things like that were kept quiet. I got told once that he was "a bad bastard once but he found God and repented, he was a diffrent man when you knew him." (We were always supervised in his company).
I found out recently though that not only had he sexually and physically abused children in my family years before but that later in life he did the same thing to my wonderful Aunt. He was also witnessed making her do a chore over and over multiple times because it wasn't perfect, regardless of the fact she was low in abilities.
The wishing stone has been on display in my home for 30 odd years now. Yesterday it caught my eye and I could visualise from the stones perspective the scene playing out in the kitchen only metres away. I put it in a cupboard, i didnt want to look at it.
I'm thinking should i take my stone to the seaside, throw it into the water and exchange it for a new one to start a fresh legacy? It is the only thing I have of my Grandad and I feel like it aut not be there, it also doesn't escape me that our "special relationship" was likely grooming behaviour.

I followed the arch wiki to use it with ncmpcpp but when I try to run mpd it say the the following:

So my ship exploded inside a hangar and I can see the cargo inside the debris, is there any way to recover it or is it as good as gone?
Tractor beam doesn't pick any of it up and I claimed my ship but cargo bay was empty in the new spawn.

I recently got the X16 R1 and I have unfortunately been experiencing lackluster performance in some games. When I use MSI Afterburner, I am seeing GPU Utilization anywhere between 70-80%, depending on the game. In God of War, the GPU is only typically pulling between 120-140W. I get these massive frame drops while playing and see the wattage go down briefly as low as 50W.
I don't understand what is causing this issue. I am on the most up-to-date Nvidia drivers, have Core Isolation off, NVIDIA Control Panel set to max performance, and Windows set to High Performance. All the while, the CPU is pulling a ton of wattage - anywhere between 75-90W during games, especially in MW2. Because of this, the CPU will sit at a constant 100 C. Ultimately, it has resulted in lower performance than I would expect for a full wattage 4090 laptop, especially in games like Doom Eternal and MW2, and also God of War at times. I had a similar issue to this on my X17 where it just wouldn't pull full wattage. I've tried disabling Intel Turbo Boost 3.0 but it doesn't fix anything. I of course have tried this on auto-advanced optimus and switching to discrete graphics only.
I've tested the Scar 18 and Blade 18 and neither had this issue. I would pull 45-65W on the 13980HX and get near that 175W limit in games. I don't know if this is a specific thing to Alienware where the CPU is being favored or what, but it's been resulting in poor performance. Has anyone else been through this on their X16 or able to find a fix?
